While only 30, Eric has worked at Lorenzo's for over 16 years. Having worn the hats of server, cook, busboy, and manager makes him uniquely qualified to serve our guests. He loves a good handshake and a hello, so don't be shy when you come by!

'Lalo' VASQUEZ

Gerado-- or "Lalo" as he's known around the kitchen-- has been with Lorenzo's for over 15 years. Together with Brad, he is responsible for maintaining the upmost levels of quality and flavor that infuse everything on the menu.
